The Intensive General English Language morning course is our most popular option for students enrolling from overseas. They offer full immersion and the chance to engage with other students throughout the day, to have full access to school services and to participate in our English Extras classes and social activities. The General English Language course focuses on improving your all-round English and in particular your communication skills. The LSI English Language Intensive 30 course concentrates on all the areas that you need to achieve a much greater fluency in a short period of time. This course is suitable for students who wish to study intensively and get a well rounded insight into the language and country. Students on the LSI Intensive 30 course study the same lessons as described for General 20 (lessons 1-4). In addition during lessons 5–6, there are a range of electives to suit all levels, needs and interests. This course is suitable for Student Visa Holders.

You will work on your accuracy and fluency across all the skills, whilst learning and using new vocabulary and grammar. At the end of a period of study of General English, you will: Be able to understand more of the English around you, both what you see and hear. Be better able to take part in conversations – with confidence in fluency, clarity & accuracy Have a better knowledge of English grammar, and how to use it Know how to choose the right word for the right situation Have a wider vocabulary in English, and be able to use it on familiar topics.

The Intensive English Language Course consists of 25 weekly lessons that are divided into 20 general English lessons + 3 optional workshops + 2 additional free-choice specific English lessons. A characteristic of this school is its personal treatment, since, according to the results of your level exam, you will receive a learning program adapted to your learning objectives.
