Management of requests received through the different sections of the website.
Customer management (registration as a customer, reservation management, preparation, control and monitoring of courses and billing of them).
Selection of personnel.
In the event that the user has consented to any of their data they can be used to send commercial information about courses and programs.

APPLICATION FOR INFORMATION: until the resolution of the request received.
CUSTOMERS: during the period of validity of the Service Contract, as well as during the limitation periods of actions provided for in commercial and civil regulations for the attention of possible responsibilities that may arise from the contractual relationship.
CURRICULUMS: 6 months.
In the event that the user has consented to the sending of commercial information about courses and programs the data will be kept until they request the discharge.

To which recipients will your data be communicated?
Customer data will be communicated to insurance companies, international education agencies (England, USA, Canada, Germany, France), academies, educational and/or accommodation, in case of courses abroad and Language Republic S.L. for the processing of travel. These assignments are necessary for the management of the contracted service.
Outside of these cases no data will be communicated, except legal obligation.
The data will be processed in accordance with Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, On the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital data protection rights. Furtherwise, the processing of data will be in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to personal data and the freedom of such data and in which Directive 95/46 /EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
What are your rights when you provide us with your data?
Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether in LANGUAGE REPUBLICS. L. we are processing personal data concerning them or not.
Interested persons have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes that were collected.

How to exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, data portability, limitation and opposition to the processing?
These rights will be exercised and fully authorized by the customer or the user, by express communication to Language Republic S.L through the mail [email protected], through the platform www.ynsitu.com or by post by sending it in writing to Calle Anselmo Pie Sopena 1-Escalera 2, 22005, Huesca.
If consent has been provided for the processing of data, the possibility of withdrawing it at any time, through the mail [email protected], or of the postal address Calle Anselmo Pie Sopena 1-Escalera 2, 22005, Huesca or, in the case of owning a user account through the platform itself www.ynsitu.com this operation can be performed.
If the communication of personal data is a legal or contractual requirement,
