Our General English for Beginners is for adults who have a low level of English (levels 1-2 or A1-A2). Taught in small groups, students learn to use English in everyday situations. Everybody in the group is a beginner so they will practise with people at the same level. Intensive 30 will allow exploration of an extensive range of elective options as a well as building a solid foundation of language. Our Intensive 30 course covers the key language learning areas of reading, writing, speaking and listening, using skills-based and situational learning combined with using one-to-one tutorials and regular progress tests to respond to the student’s individual learning needs.

An Intensive English language Course of 28 lessons per week is perfect for those who are dedicated and ambitious and want to make fast progress. The group learning environment will allow you to interact with other English language learners from around the world. St Giles Brighton offers General English Group or One-to-one lessons, which help students communicate more effectively and confidently in everyday situations and improve their speaking and listening skills.

26 classes of general English in a mixed nationality group of not more than 12 students along with 6 classes of private one to one lessons.  Private lessons can be tailored for each client.
