The Intensive General English Language evening course focuses on improving your all-round English and in particular your communication skills. Our focus is on students interacting and communicating with each other and getting you to use the language you learn to make you more fluent and confident in English. Evening classes are a popular choice with students who are working during the day. Our city centre location, directly opposite the train station, makes it easy for students to travel between work and school.

CLLC’s Intensive Program gives students a great foundational focus to their English Language education by studying 25 hours per week (33 lessons/week). Students can choose two classes from the primary class options, Reading & Writing, Listening & Speaking, and IELTS Preparation or Business English. CLLC’s Elective Plus One class is also included and gives students the opportunity to focus on additional language skills that are different from their primary classes.

At Nacel English School, you can study English classes in London from elementary to advanced levels. For our General English language courses, we use the most up-to-date, relevant course-books, materials and resources. Our teachers aim to incorporate the latest, most effective English language teaching methods into their lessons; while maintaining our core approach of developing and integrating your pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar; as well as your listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. The School stresses the importance of the teacher-student school relationship. English lessons concentrate on building your knowledge of the English language, focusing primarily on helping you increase your vocabulary and improve your grammar so that you attain the levels of accuracy you require. Lessons also work on improving your overall communicative proficiency and fluency, focusing on the four skills of speaking, listening, reading, and writing. In addition to this, you will work on specific pronunciation difficulties and expand the range of language you use in real-life situations.
