The Intensive Course is our most popular choice. It combines 20 general English lessons (15 hours) with 8 Special Interest Group (SIG) lessons per week (6 hours).In the general English lessons, students will focus on improving their English language skills across the 4 key skill areas at a consistent rate — reading, writing, listening and speaking.In the Special Interest Group lessons, students can choose from a number of different options based on their own interests and language learning goals. Example options include — Exam Preparation (IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge); Business English; Group Discussion; Art and Design; Speech and Pronunciation; Academic Writing Skills; etc.The Intensive Course is available year-round with weekly start dates, and is suitable for students of all English levels.

The Compact Course offers 20 lessons (15 hours) of general English lessons per week in the UK. Lessons will improve all your key skills at a consistent rate: reading, writing, listening, speaking. You will be assigned to your general English class based on your current Kings Level. We have classes suitable for students at Level 1 (Beginner) right through to Level 8 (Advanced), and you will progress up through the levels as your skills improve and your confidence grows. The Compact Course is available year-round with weekly start dates, and is suitable for students of all English levels.

Are you interested in studying a Cambridge course but cannot commit to a long-term course? Would you like to study at a Cambridge level without having to take an exam at the end of your course? Then Cambridge Flexi is the perfect course to suit your needs! Langports' Cambridge Flexi PET (Preliminary English Test) level begins every Monday of the year. In the morning, you will study all components of the Cambridge curriculum (writing, reading, listening and speaking) and focus on exam preparation and strategies. In the afternoon, you will be able to choose an Option class and a Language Workshops from the UFO English program and focus on a weakness or even learn new skills! Depending on your level and availability, Options include : Elementary, Conversation, Vocabulary, Grammar, Introduction to Business English, English for Business & Administration, English through Media & the Internet, English for Engineering & Science and English for Finance & Law.Optional Workshops include : Extension English, Aussie English, English for Work in Australia, Exam Techniques and Tips.Pre-test required for entryRegular progress reports and weekly feedbackThe exam is not compulsory at the end of the course

For students who want to take their language learning to the next level, this option builds on the daily skills and language focus with an opportunity to develop in specific areas. Through a combination of Task Based Learning and traditional skills lessons, you will be a part of a class with a specific goal in mind where all areas of language use are activated naturally and effectively.The minimum number to run a level is 5 students per class.

With this English course we give you all the tools needed to achieve your academic, professional and personal learning goals. With your full commitment, we guarantee that you will progress to the next level of English in the time expected. If you do not progress within this time we will offer extra learning support and classes to help you reach your goals. Your timetable is flexible and will be tailored to your needs. You will study the morning programme from 10:30 to 13:00 Monday to Friday and and do extra classes on some afternoons (13:30 – 16:00) depending on the total number of hours you register for.
