This course focuses on communication skills, speaking, listening, reading and writing. General English Part-Time is CRICOS registered and consists of a minimum of 15 hours per week. This course includes the General English classes, and also allows you to personalise your course by taking an additional 10 lessons per week across a wide selection of electives. This programme is for students who study for 24 weeks or more.

Our Bespoke English Language programs identify and target individual student needs and prepare them to confidently use English for general communication in a wide range of situations, including travel, work and social interaction. On an ES General English Language Course, you’ll develop your language and communication skills, improve your reading, writing, listening and speaking whilst studying a range of topics, depending on your ability. You will also learn new grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation. Our fulltime courses consist of 30 lessons per week for intensive classes. The applicable hours for intensive courses are as follows: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. or 12:00 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. depending on the level of the student and the availability of classes. Schedule will be assigned to the student upon arrival in Dubai.

With this BWS Germanlingua course, you can have a special focus on German pronunciation. A significant factor for higher-level students who still retain their native accent in German or for job purposes, where exact pronunciation is essential.

The Combi 5 French language course is designed for students who wish to combine a group course with private lessons to acquire a deeper knowledge of the language. Additional one-to-one tuition mixed with group classes allows you to make the most of the course and ensures maximum progress. In this case, 5 private lessons are added to the course.

St Giles Brighton offers the International Semester language Course to students wishing to experience British life and study General English for 6 months or longer. Additional modules also available at St Giles Brighton are: Cambridge English, IELTS or TOEFL exam preparation, English for Business, English for Tourism and English for University Studies.
