The 25+ Course is designed to make the best use of a short period of study. We aim to improve students' confidence and accuracy when they speak English. The course includes: English language work with a focus on Spoken English and conversation skills. Lessons are designed to develop confidence in using English in both social and professional situations. An adult environment in a building dedicated to our mature students over the age of 25. Social events and excursion possibilities to help students make the most of their short stay in Chester. Students will complete a questionnaire prior to their course and our staff will design the course programme to reflect their needs. With our small classes learning is highly effective and personalised. The one-to-one lessons can focus on: • General English • work-related English • English for Specific Purposes (ESP). This course has 20 hours of classes per week. Immerse yourself in the English language, and spend a year studying and getting to know a new location and culture. The course is an effective way to increase your fluency, and you will be helped by our exclusive and specially designed study materials.

This General French Course from LSI is structured in a way that during the lessons, you will rapidly improve your communication skills in a variety of everyday situations. Out of the 4 daily lessons, in 2 of them, you will cover the following areas: grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation. In the other 2 lessons you will concentrate on: speaking, listening, reading, and writing. You will use a textbook and a wide variety of materials and exercises including roleplays, authentic materials, newspapers, and magazines.

With this course, students benefit from group classes in the General English Course and individual lessons when the teacher’s undivided attention is focused on their specific needs. In BWS Germanlingua we have special classes for students who need the German language to work as a musician or study music-related programs in Germany. During these lessons, we focus on the needs of the participants and communicate special vocabulary and language skills for their work and studies.

Our General English courses are ideal if you use English for everyday purposes. On our Standard GE course you will study 20 lessons a week from 9am to 1pm. The course will teach you English vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation together with the four skills of speaking, listening, reading and writing.
