Our most popular General English course consists of 20 lessons of General English Fluency group classes per week. The classes focus on improving your accuracy, fluency and confidence in English. With a focus on real-life grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation you will be better able to communicate successfully with people from all over the world.

These courses consist of 20 lessons of exam preparation each week. They are taught by experienced teachers and, in addition to improving your ability to communicate more fluently and accurately, include a focus on the best techniques to use to help you get the best result in each paper.

Description​General English programmes are suitable for everyone and provide a good foundation in the main linguistic skills of reading, writing, listening and speaking. With a strong focus on communication skills, these courses also provide a solid foundation in the key skills required in the Trinity College London ISE Examinations as well as Cambridge examinations.The method used is task-based, which means that by the end of each level students are expected to be able to complete a certain amount of tasks through English. There is a central course book and workbook and teachers supplement these using authentic materials such as newspapers, magazines, menus, manuals, brochures and a range of other books.All courses incorporate the use of Digital Interactive Whiteboards, the Internet and audio-visual technology. AwardISI Certificate in English. Language and Culture - Ireland is a vibrant centre of culture in the English language, coloured by the unique heritage and history of Ireland. This course aims to combine language refresher sessions with an introduction to and exploration of the life and culture of this unique location. It will be a mix of classroom work and excursions to see the sights. English for Academic Purposes courses provide language instruction for students who wish to study at a university where English is the language of instruction. Language skills addressed include: listening comprehension, fluency development, oral intelligibility, reading, grammar, writing, and vocabulary development for University levels.

Studying a General English course will give you an understanding of the English language and take you all the way from beginner to fluency. This course focuses on communication skills, speaking, listening, reading and writing.

Our intensive English programme is our general English course plus three hours of private classes. The intensive English programme is a great way to get the individual attention you need to deal with ingrained errors. Private classes are also a great way to learn and practice the specialised vocabulary and/or skills you need for your job.

The exam preparation courses are designed to help you achieve the result needed in your chosen language exam. These official language exams are used as a proof of language proficiency for immigration purposes, university admissions, or for employment. In this course you will learn and develop test-taking strategies and skills.

IELTS Examination CourseIELTS is the International English Language Testing System which tests English proficiency across the globe. The IELTS Examination Course focuses on developing key techniques and strategies for the IELTS Examination. Participants complete regular practice tests and are taught how to approach all the sections of the test effectively. Our Academic Team are available to assist with the application process for the IELTS Examination.IELTS examination preparation courses will run year-round subject to a minimum number of participants, starting from Target Score 5.0 (subject to an entrance test). The examination fee is not included in the course fees.
