The exam preparation courses are design to help you achieve the result needed in your chosen language exam. These official language exams are used as a proof of language proficiency for immigration purposes, university admissions, or for employment. In this course you will learn and develop test-taking strategies and skills.

ILSC offers a wide range of courses. You can take any combination you wish, depending on your interests, goals, language level and schedule. Most courses are offered at many different levels and last four weeks.

The Diploma of Intensive English course allows you to immerse yourself in English for up to 48 weeks and you’ll learn, live and think like a native English speaker. You will have a personalised study plan, regular progress tutorials, and regular language level tests. The course combines 20 general English lessons (15 hours) with 8 Special Interest Group (SIG) lessons per week (6 hours). In the general English lessons, students will focus on improving their English language skills across the 4 key skill areas at a consistent rate — reading, writing, listening and speaking.In the Special Interest Group lessons, students can choose from a number of different options based on their own interests and language learning goals. Example options include — Exam Preparation (IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge); Business English; Group Discussion; Art and Design; Speech and Pronunciation; Academic Writing Skills; etc. The Diploma of Intensive English course is available year-round with weekly start dates, and is suitable for students of all English levels.

Our Intensive English program offers a fast, enjoyable and effective way to improve your English language skills, whatever your current language level. You have the opportunity to customize your course with specific skills lessons, including business English and exam preparation.The course allows you to quickly achieve English fluency and learn grammar and vocabulary that will be useful in every day English. We offer General English language courses for all levels, from beginner to proficiency. We also offer timetables that give you the flexibility to choose a course that best suits your needs from 1-36+ weeks. We believe that you will learn faster and more effectively if your lessons are engaging, fun and relevant, that’s why our teachers use a range of techniques and develop classes that are motivating and build your confidence. This will allow time to focus on any areas of weakness. Any weekly programme is influenced not only by the course book syllabus but also by the learning goals and interests of the students in any one group.

After the course, you will have some of the knowledge of Swedish at level B2 according to the Council of Europe's Framework of Reference for Languages. This is the first part of two at level B2. You will learn to understand complex texts and talk in both professional and problem situations. You practice expressing yourself in clear and detailed terms on a wide range of topics.

Our professional teachers will focus on the four general language skills while using various methods to learn the Turkish language. Furthermore, we will involve you in cultural activities beyond your Turkish language course. With Royal Turkish Istanbul, you can prove how fast you have learned. For good results, we advise attending a course no shorter than two weeks.

This semi-intensive General English language course is made up of 25 lessons per week/18.7 hours per week that combine language learning with a special focus on developing critical-thinking and problem-solving skills. This is best for students who want a combination of morning and mid-day classes.

The standard General English dynamic course which gives our students just the boost they need to become more confident in their language skills. Our courses place a lot of emphasis on accuracy and fluency, and our teachers use discussions, debates, games, role plays, as well as authentic learning materials appealing to groups. Classes also revise and build on previously learnt grammar and develop students' vocabulary.
