French Courses

We have prepared a special seniors (50+) programme gathering a group of learners who are sharing the same tastes for travel, for France, for getting to know another country and another culture! The courses ​consist of 20 lessons of 45 minutes in a week in the morning and 5 activites or excursions in the afternoon from Monday to Friday.

Course start date: : Each Monday for all levels except for complete beginners. You will discover new teaching methods and learn to teach with new technologies. This is the Intensive version of the General French Language courses imparted at Eurocentres Paris. Studying a General Intensive French course will give you an understanding of the French language and take you all the way from a beginner to fluent quicker than the standard version. This course focuses on communication skills, speaking, listening, reading and writing. This course starts every Monday, but beginners must start on the first Monday of the month.

French in Normandy provides intensive DALF and DELF preparation courses designed to prepare students for the exams. The DELF and DALF exams assess the communicative skills of a candidate in real situations using authentic documents. They evaluate functional knowledge of communication. They are issued by the French Ministry of Education and as such, they are recognized everywhere in the world.DELF corresponds to basic skills in French. It certifies that its holder is able to communicate in normal everyday situations.It is divided into 4 units: A1, A2, B1 and B2.DALF corresponds to proficiency level in French. It is divided into 2 units: C1 and C2.The 20 hours / week  include 15 hours of group lessons (maximum 12 students) + 5 hours one-to-one personalized DELF/DALF preparation.All levels A1 to C2 offered all year round.This includes a free access to our daily activities at school (Grammar Fun, Theatre/Book/Cine Clubs), which can add up to 5 hours per week of extra practice of the French language.Examination fees not included

This course is dedicated to the preparation of French exams such as bitur, A-Level, AS-Level, GCSE, ESABAC, Bachibac, Gaokao, LC prep and any type of French exam. In addition to the STANDARD course, you will have 6 lessons per week in a small group of up to 10 people to prepare for the exam of your choice. Content:The specificities of each exam are studied: the course provides grammatical revision through documents selected for the level and type of tests you must pass.
