With this General English course you will join multi-national language classes following a syllabus closely mapped to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, covering key language domains, skills and competencies appropriate to your level of ability. Objectives: This programme of study is intended to enhance the all-round language and communication skills of those who wish to work or study more effectively in an international context. You will improve your language skills and also enhance your inter-cultural communication.

On the General English 20 Course, you attend a core of 20 lessons per week (15 hours), which will give you a practical understanding of the English language and take you all the way to fluency. Your confidence will improve as we train you in all four communication skills: speaking, listening, reading and writing.

Our TOEFL® and Academic English Exam Preparation course will give you the test skills and the level of English that you need to do well on your exam. The course includes TOEFL®-focused reading, writing, listening and speaking, plus practice exam questions and online simulation tests that mirror the real TOEFL® ibT. Students unable to attend a live course could instead enrol in Kaplan’s TOEFL® Online Course.
