TEF (Test d’Evaluation de Français)The TEF is an examination designed to test the fluency of non-native speakers of French. It is recognised by French speaking universities and companies. You study on an Intensive 30 course for a minimum of two weeks to increase your confidence and command of the language and we offer advice and support to help you succeed. Our intensive French program offers a quick and effective way of improving your language skills whatever your current french level. The 10 additional lessons to the standard french language program are very dynamic and allow you to enhance your linguistic immersion; the themes addressed change each week and are linked with topical news in France. You will be able to debate in small groups developing by practicing phonetics, pronunciation, and studying French culture.

French in Normandy provides intensive DALF and DELF preparation courses designed to prepare students for the exams. The DELF and DALF exams assess the communicative skills of a candidate in real situations using authentic documents. They evaluate functional knowledge of communication. They are issued by the French Ministry of Education and as such, they are recognized everywhere in the world.DELF corresponds to basic skills in French. It certifies that its holder is able to communicate in normal everyday situations.It is divided into 4 units: A1, A2, B1 and B2.DALF corresponds to proficiency level in French. It is divided into 2 units: C1 and C2.The 20 hours / week  include 15 hours of group lessons (maximum 12 students) + 5 hours one-to-one personalized DELF/DALF preparation.All levels A1 to C2 offered all year round.This includes a free access to our daily activities at school (Grammar Fun, Theatre/Book/Cine Clubs), which can add up to 5 hours per week of extra practice of the French language.Examination fees not included

This program includes 34 lessons per week so that you will be able to communicate with precision, deepen your knowledge of French culture as well as work on your areas for improvement. If you don’t have a lot of time and would like to learn French in an effective and personalized way then the ‘Super Intensive’ program is the option for you, it offers a quick and complete way to improve your French language skills whatever your current linguistic level.

Spend up to a year abroad, achieve a high level of fluency in the French language and make new friends from all over the world. This English language Academic Term Abroad course at LSI Paris differs from shorter courses because students receive a greater level of academic support and management, including two additional weekly sessions with a teacher. An individual study plan is designed for you to suit your level, individual aims and the duration of your course. We continue to check your progress with regular meetings to make sure you achieve your aims.

This "Compact Course" from LSI is for those with special needs which must be met in a short space of time. Requiring just one week away from the office, this french language course is ideal for busy professionals and executives who need to prepare for presentations and meetings abroad. The course consists of 82 lessons in a 9 days period. This course only starts on Saturdays.

Course start date: : Each Monday for all levels except for complete beginners. The DELDF / DALF are language diplomas that are recognised at a national level which certify a linguistic aptitude in French. Our DELF / DALF preparation programmes allow you to confidently tackle the exams and ensure your success on the day of the exam.The classes for preparation DELF and DALF offer intensive preparation for exams. In addition to the STANDARD course, you will have 6 lessons per week in a small group of a maximum of 5 students to prepare for the exam of your choice: DELF A2, DELF B1, DELF B2, DALF C1, DALF C2.The STANDARD classes allow you to gain the fundamental skills for the chosen level of exam.The preparation modules for the DELF / DALF train you to master the 4 language skills assessed during the exam: written, oral and oral and written comprehension. These modules allow you to acquire the methodology, the right language structures and writing strategies in order to be able answer tricky questions in the exam.Mock exams are also organized to emulate the conditions of the exam.The goals are to:- Understand- Communicate- Express yourself orally and in writing by developing all four skills (speaking, writing, reading and listening) on a daily basisOur teaching approach is based on the CEFR (Common European Frame of Reference)Registration fees : 80€ (Includes : French course, teaching material, welcome pack, full access to our resource centre with individual teaching counselor and to our online exercise book, orientation and integration meetings, city tour and pedagogical animations according to calendar, Smartphone App to access the class 24/7, regular assessment and final certificate)
