Examinations at the B1, B2, and C1 language levels take place at all four course locations at the end of each month. In addition, we offer up to six examination dates yearly at the A1 and A2 language levels and two at the C2 language level. Test takers can prepare themselves with test preparation courses specifically designed to familiarize the test takers with the format of the examinations. The focus of these courses is not so much the process of learning the language as it is becoming familiar with the content and conceptual design of the test. Although it is possible to book an individual preparation course, it is recommended that such a course be taken in combination with a Standard Course or an Intensive Course. Telc-exams: Please verify with Ynsitu the availability and need to fill in a specific form for test enrollment.

The General English course at St Giles Cambridge is designed to benefit students who hope to communicate with confidence and ease in real-life situations. The main goal is to improve speaking and listening skills. Classes have a maximum of 12 students which allows teachers to provide each student with the personal attention they require. Classes will focus on improving students’ speaking, listening, reading and writing skills, which will help them reach their full potential. This course runs in the afternoons.

If you’re hoping to develop your language skills in a short amount of time, our Platinum Courses are the ideal option for you. They are designed for busy professionals, executives and mature learners who hope to improve quickly. You can choose to study in specialised one-to-one sessions, where the lessons are tailor-made to meet your specific personal needs. It’s entirely up to you how many of these lessons you have per week and the teacher can, if you choose, focus on your specialised professional area. Alternatively, you can opt for small group sessions where classes will have a maximum of five students. Your lessons will take place in one of our dedicated Platinum Centres, which have comfortable modern classrooms and a Platinum Clubhouse for you to enjoy outside of class. On a Platinum course, you will have the opportunity to meet and network with other professionals from all over the world.

French in Normandy provides intensive DALF and DELF preparation courses designed to prepare students for the exams. The DELF and DALF exams assess the communicative skills of a candidate in real situations using authentic documents. They evaluate functional knowledge of communication. They are issued by the French Ministry of Education and as such, they are recognized everywhere in the world.DELF corresponds to basic skills in French. It certifies that its holder is able to communicate in normal everyday situations.It is divided into 4 units: A1, A2, B1 and B2.DALF corresponds to proficiency level in French. It is divided into 2 units: C1 and C2.The 20 hours / week  include 15 hours of group lessons (maximum 12 students) + 5 hours one-to-one personalized DELF/DALF preparation.All levels A1 to C2 offered all year round.This includes a free access to our daily activities at school (Grammar Fun, Theatre/Book/Cine Clubs), which can add up to 5 hours per week of extra practice of the French language.Examination fees not included
