Our English language Academic Year courses in Kaplan Vancouver are nine-month English courses that aim to take you from your current level of English up to a very high level of fluency. This course has 20 hours of classes per week. Immerse yourself in the English language, and spend a year studying and getting to know a new location and culture. The course is an effective way to increase your fluency, and you will be helped by our exclusive and specially designed study materials.

In BWS Germanlingua, we prepare you to succeed in German learning, taking you from beginner to fluency. This course includes the General English classes, and also allows you to personalise your course by taking an additional 10 lessons per week across a wide selection of electives. Whichever category you fall under (or maybe you’re a bit of both), our intensive course can be customised for you. Our intensive Spanish courses in Seville are designed to meet everyone’s unique needs while ensuring that everyone improves their Spanish at a rate that’s satisfactory to them.

General English Language courses at Lexis English offer students the flexibility of combining their English language education with a large range of options classes – personalising each student’s course to suit their academic needs. For students wanting to brush up their English skills for travelling, employment or to work towards a placement in one of our academic programs or Certificate or Diploma courses, our General English course is designed to get results. We understand that every english student comes to Australia with unique goals, plans and learning needs. Lexis 360° is our student care program designed to ensure that all Lexis students receive individual support and attention, initiating the most successful study experience possible. General English Full-Time is CRICOS registered and consists of a minimum of 20 hours per week with an additional 5 hours per week of Guided Individual Learning (GIL).

With BWS Germalingua you can also have Individual lessons. Ideal for the students that want to make maximum progress in minimum time. These are the most intensive form of language learning and ensure a high possibility of success while learning. The classes are tailored to suit the needs of anyone requiring specialized vocabulary for professional purposes.

This course develops all aspects of language competence in a personalised programme coordinated by the core teacher. Our General English Morning 20 course covers the key language learning areas of reading, writing, speaking and listening, using skills-based and situational learning combined with one-to-one tutorials and regular progress tests to respond to the student’s individual learning needs. A 30-lesson per week Spanish Language course especially recommended for short period stays. You will leave feeling more confident, with improved overall communications skills, fluency in Spanish, and complete independence. Optimised time and results with 4 morning (in groups of 5-10) and 2 afternoon lessons (in groups of maximum 5 to 8 students). If only 1 or 2 students enrol for a certain level, the lessons from 13:30 – 15:10 will be adjusted to 5 private or semi-private lessons per week.

In this Intensive General English language course, students join multi-national language classes following a syllabus closely mapped to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, covering key language domains and competencies appropriate to their level of ability. Objectives: This programme of study is intended to enhance the all-round language and communication skills of those who wish to work or study more effectively in an international context and to make maximum language gains during their time with us. Students will improve their language skills and consider factors affecting inter-cultural communication. Participants will also have the opportunity to establish relationships and share points of view with international colleagues.
