General Language English classes are an opportunity for you to improve not only your speaking skills, but also to practise reading, writing, and listening. Each lesson consists of a mix of grammar, vocabulary, and communicative activities to keep the class lively and interesting. This intensive language course combines the General English course plus our range of modules, soyou get to personalise your course totally to fit your needs.

This General English language course is made up of 30 lessons (22.5 hours) per week including the General English classes. It also allows you to personalise your course by taking 10 lessons per week across a wide selection of Special Focus options.

This General English language course is made up of 20 lessons per week/15 hours per week that combine language learning with a special focus on developing critical-thinking and problem-solving skills. This is best for students who want to study at a steady pace (Morning classes only)

This course includes the General English classes, and also allows you to personalise your course by taking an additional 10 lessons per week across a wide selection of electives. You will benefit from excellent guidance, monitoring and feedback throughout this course. As your English and your confidence improve, you will broaden your horizons and gain a huge advantage in your chosen career or education. This programme is for students who study for 24 weeks or more.

This programme runs for a minimum of 8 weeks and is ideal for students who want to develop fluency in English similar to that of a native speaker. Students will be evaluated by our Director of Studies on their first day of school to determine the course of study, and their progress will be continually monitored throughout their stay. During their interview, students will be asked what their purpose for study is so that our trainers can work towards this aim by helping them to achieve their goal.

This English language course from VanWest Vancouver is based on an integrated skill curriculum, morning classes will teach you specific strategies to improve your English language. This English language course will build students’ understanding of the basic grammar, vocabulary, and functions of the English language. This course allows taking 2 extra lessons daily than a standard General English Course.

Our Semi-Intensive English course is a semi-intensive programme that allows you to balance classroom tuition with structured study and free time activities. You will improve your English language ability at a speed you feel comfortable with, while having time to enjoy your destination.This course is available at all levels from Elementary to Advanced and you will be placed in a class which is suitable for your level. The course focuses on the four main aspects of language: reading, writing, listening and speaking. You’ll also learn vocabulary and grammar, and how to speak in formal and informal discussions and strategies.

ILSC Montreal offers a wide range of General French language courses. You can take any combination you wish, depending on your interests, goals, language level and schedule. At the end of the four week session, your French language level will be assessed. You can then choose new courses and/or move up a level in your current or new course. The Semi-Intensive Spanish Course at Linguaschools Madrid uses a communicative methodology, this Spanish course provides rapid improvement while immersing you in the language. This Spanish course is taught in small groups, with students who have the same level of Spanish as you. The students will work on all aspects of the Spanish language: grammar, conversation, vocabulary, listening and reading comprehension, and writing. The objective of this Spanish course is for you to be able to communicate and take your Spanish into real-world situations.
