This program provides students with an in-depth background in supply chain management (SCM). Building upon the students’ general baccalaureate academic experience, the program begins with a solid foundation in communications and business. It then goes on to deliver introductory courses in the 3 main areas of SCM: procurement, operations, and logistics. Throughout the program, the emphasis is placed on the inter-connective nature of SCM, the use of analytics to inform decision-making, and on acquiring knowledge and skills identified through industry consultation. Highlights • Supply Chain is one of the fastest-growing industries in Canada; the anticipated number of new and vacant positions in supply chain labour in Canada will be an additional 65,000 positions per year • Completing the program will transform students into someone with high-demand skills • Full student support for co-op work placement and career development • Supply Chain Management professionals occupy a range of influential positions across companies - procurement, operations, logistics, transportation & trade, consulting, senior management, and more Co-Op The Co-op is an integral component of this program that will provide students with an opportunity to integrate academic studies with related employment experience.
