The DELE or Diplomas of Spanish as a Foreign Language are official titles which certify test takers' level of understanding and command of the Spanish language, and which are granted by the Instituto Cervantes in the name of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport of Spain.  These certificates are valued internationally.
