Swedish Courses in Sweden

This is a course for you who have read Swedish A1 in its entirety or otherwise acquired equivalent knowledge of Swedish. Once you have reached level A2, you can understand and use words and phrases that have to do with everyday situations such as shopping, asking for directions or describing your family and your living and working conditions. You can participate in simpler conversations.

Note: This is a complete A2 course. During the course, you will talk about working life, education, and living in past, present and future. We practice a lot of natural pronunciation.

During the course, you will learn to greet, introduce yourself, talk about family, leisure, studies, work, etc. and make purchases. We practice very natural pronunciation. You can read simple dialogues and shorter texts and practice understanding spoken Swedish.

This is a course for those with no or very limited prior knowledge of the Swedish language. After you finish this course you will be able to introduce yourself and talk a little about yourself, use simple phrases in everyday situations, understand most of what is said in a simple and slow speech about familiar topics, and to be acquainted with basic Swedish grammar.

This is a course for you who have read Swedish B1 in its entirety or otherwise acquired equivalent Swedish skills. This is a continuation course in Swedish where you learn to understand complex texts and conversations in both professional and problem situations. You will learn to express yourself clearly and in detail on a large number of varying topics.

This is a course for those who have studied Swedish A2 in their entirety or otherwise gained equivalent Swedish knowledge. You can already understand phrases related to personal relationships, have short conversations, and easily describe yourself, your family, and your work. After the course, you will have some knowledge of Swedish at level B1 according to the Council of Europe's reference framework for languages. When you have reached level B1, you can be unprepared to participate in everyday conversations in Swedish, link phrases, and explain your opinions.

You continue to build your knowledge in Swedish so that you can understand and be understood in more everyday situations. Swedish A2 is for those who understand short phrases and instructions used in specific situations. In this course, you will work with conversation, pronunciation, and understanding. You develop your writing skills and your reading comprehension. You also get an insight into Swedish culture and Swedish society.

In the course, you get to talk about lifestyle, leisure, and friendship, among other things. You get to read dialogues and texts and work with word knowledge. We practice natural pronunciation. In grammar, we work with, among other things, word order, adverbs, adjective, and noun inflections, and reflexive verbs. You will learn to write different types of texts.

Swedish B1 part 2 is for those who understand most of a conversation but have difficulty understanding if you are not familiar with the subject. In this course, you will learn to become more confident in everyday situations and have more complex conversations. You will learn to explain your opinions and tell about your dreams and hopes.
