Studying a General English course will give you an understanding of the English language and take you all the way from beginner to fluency. This course focuses on communication skills, speaking, listening, reading and writing.

Our Intensive Korean 15 Course is a part time course, suitable for non-native overseas students who are aiming to learn the Korean language based on a leisure interest. Students are expected to revise materials covered in class and also complete the homework given. This will ensure that your language proficiency accelerates during your time with us regardless of your stay duration. Our Intensive Korean 15 course covers only our core curriculum with its syllabus designed to accelerate all your speaking, listening, reading and writing skills within a short period of time. Lexis Koreachool offers a weekly curriculum allowing our students to join us on any given week for any duration of study. To ease our students into the program, we run a highly structured weekly syllabus with one set theme per week.

This programme allows Non-EU students to progress through at least two levels over an 8-month period and gain a professional, internationally-recognised English qualification. Students on this programme can work 20 hours per week during the 6-month study period, and 40 hours per week during the 2 month holiday.
Award
All students who successfully complete the programme receive the ISI Certificate in English. Non-EU students must complete an official examination at the end
of the programme such as Trinity ISE, FCE, CAE and IELTS.
Entry requirements
Students should be at least 18 years old on the course start date.
Students on Academic Year Academic Year 15 (AY15) programmes are integrated with the General English classes. This creates an international mix of students, each doing courses of different durations. With a full 25-week programme, Academic Year students can expect to progress through at
least two levels during their course before completing their final exit examination. Our morning classes offer a greater international mix of students, while the
discounted afternoon classes tend to have fewer nationalities.

The « French course for long stays » is suited to students who wish to have a full linguistic and cultural experience over several months and to become proficient in the French language. By choosing this program you are guaranteed to improve your French and gain at least 1 or 2 levels of the CECR. The goals are to:- Understand- Communicate- Express yourself orally and in writing by developing all four skills (speaking, writing, reading, and listening) daily.

Our General English is our flagship course. This programme combines our General English tuition with a unique curriculum designed to develop your 21st Century Skills and prepare you for career success. The course develops the confidence and skills you need to express yourself powerfully and is ideal if you wish to enter the workforce or advance your career at home or abroad. General English is the centre of our teaching at British Study Centres and will improve your English communication skills in an engaging, interactive way. Using materials from National Geographic Learning and a coursebook that has been specifically designed for BSC, learn new vocabulary, understand English grammar and get support in the areas you need it the most. *Note: 25 lessons = 18.75 hours

Our Standard Japanese Course uses interesting and modern materials and activities to focus on improving your Japanese speaking ability in a way that gives you the flexibility to adapt to new situations, until one day you won't even need a teacher anymore!Small-group classes are given both inside and outside of the classroom - you will learn essential communication techniques in structured lessons with the teacher, then practice them in real-world situations.

With this course you will improve your general french linguistic skills in Alpadia Montreux. This french course framework helps you acquire and learn all linguistic skills that can be readily applied to day-to-day life. Benefit by developing your core language proficiency and by still having plenty of free time to visit Switzerland. The minimum duration for A1* absolute beginners is two weeks.

Intensive CourseThe Intensive Course covers the four basic skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing and is designed to improve communication in spoken and written English. To build students’ confidence, accuracy and fluency, two class teacher work closely together to provide learner-focused lessons.Classes are held in the mornings and the timetable for our Intensive Course is ideal for students who want free time to join in our social programme, spend time with their friends or work on a part-time basis.
