A $500 AUD administration fee is applicable to all refund applications unless waved by Albright Institute. Enrolment fees, material fees, administration fees and fees paid to education agents are non-refundable unless mentioned specifically in your Student Agreement. Enrolment cancelled, including cancellation caused by a breach of student visa conditions or any illegal or unlawful conduct by the student: No refund and you are liable to pay all the fees which become due until the cancellation date of the CoE. You decide to cancel or withdraw your enrolment before or after commencement, once the initial visa is granted and you have arrived in Australia: No refund. On or after Commencement of Studies: The course starts at the location on the agreed starting day, but the student does not start the course on that day or within the census period, being 2 weeks from the enrolment date, and has not previously withdrawn, due to any reason outside those specified under compassionate or compelling circumstances: No refund. If you abandon the course without notice: No refund and you will be held liable for the outstanding fees of the course. Enrolment cancelled due to a breach of student agreement terms and conditions, e.g. student default, a breach of student visa conditions, unsatisfactory course progress, misconduct, or illegal or unlawful conduct: No refund. You apply to transfer to another provider prior to completion of six months’ study of the principal course and the request is approved: No refund of any fees paid to Albright Institute for the current course or any package courses.
