Personal Intensive CourseThis course is designed for the professional who wishes to concentrate on particular language skills or work on specific areas of English. The course is tailor-made to suit the exact requirements of the client and all participants complete a Needs Analysis prior to their arrival.

The Cambridge Examination Preparation Courses are designed to prepare students for one of the following Cambridge Examinations:First Certificate in English (FCE)Certificate in Advanced English (CAE)The Cambridge Examinations usually take place four times a year in March, June, August and December. Our courses are scheduled to finish the week before the exam date. Students are advised to arrive one week before the course start date to allow time for assessment. We cannot accept a student for any examination course until CES have confirmed the student is at the appropriate level for their chosen examination. Every student is then appointed a tutor to monitor and continually assess their progress with CES.*The First Certificate course is guaranteed to run in CES Dublin. The minimum age is 16 and there is a maximum of 14 students per class. 1 lesson in the UK = 45 minutes1 lesson in Ireland = 55 minutes

The exam preparation courses are designed to help you achieve the result needed in your chosen language exam. These official language exams are used as a proof of language proficiency for immigration purposes, university admissions, or for employment. In this course you will learn and develop test-taking strategies and skills.

Ideal for those who wish to learn a language quickly and wish to incorporate a flexible lesson schedule. Lessons are on a one-to-one basis and the schedule can be morning, afternoon or evening dependent on your requirements. This programme format allows you to develop your own tailor-made programme covering key areas of General English and/or Business English. This course has 15 per week and runs in the mornings!!!

This programme allows Non-EU students to progress through at least two levels over an 8-month period and gain a professional, internationally-recognised English qualification. Students on this programme can work 20 hours per week during the 6-month study period, and 40 hours per week during the 2 month holiday.
Award
All students who successfully complete the programme receive the ISI Certificate in English. Non-EU students must complete an official examination at the end
of the programme such as Trinity ISE, FCE, CAE and IELTS.
Entry requirements
Students should be at least 18 years old on the course start date.
Students on Academic Year Academic Year 15 (AY15) programmes are integrated with the General English classes. This creates an international mix of students, each doing courses of different durations. With a full 25-week programme, Academic Year students can expect to progress through at
least two levels during their course before completing their final exit examination. Our morning classes offer a greater international mix of students, while the
discounted afternoon classes tend to have fewer nationalities.

Students follow the Standard Course in the mornings and have Business English lessons three afternoons per week.The Business English lessons are designed for students who wish to improve their communicative proficiency in a business environment. Our most popular General English course consists of 20 lessons of General English Fluency group classes per week. The classes focus on improving your accuracy, fluency and confidence in English. With a focus on real-life grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation you will be better able to communicate successfully with people from all over the world.

Our long-term English language Academic Year Programmes (AYP) offer you a substantial level of flexibility. You can combine different modules and courses to suit your individual requirements. Long-term program students usually begin in our Intensive English Language Course to gain a firm understanding of general English skills. This course offers 20 hours of study per week.
