In the course, you get to talk about lifestyle, leisure, and friendship, among other things. You get to read dialogues and texts and work with word knowledge. We practice natural pronunciation. In grammar, we work with, among other things, word order, adverbs, adjective, and noun inflections, and reflexive verbs. You will learn to write different types of texts.

This is a course for those who have completed level Swedish A1 or otherwise gained equivalent Swedish knowledge. You can already recognize simpler phrases, tell me briefly about yourself, and communicate with someone who speaks slowly and clearly. If you start this course on June 13th or September 19th schedule will be Mondays and Wednesdays; If you start this course on November 8th schedule will be Tuesdays and Thursdays.

In the course, we discuss different texts and work a lot with word knowledge. In grammar, we work with, among other things, word order, conjunctions, subjunctions, and assertiveness. You can write different types of texts.

Swedish B1 part 1 is for you who already master simple sentences and can write them, and understand expressions linked to a personal context. You take the step from being a beginner in Swedish to understanding most things in a conversation through a broader vocabulary and in-depth grammar.

You will learn how to write different types of texts.

You should develop the basics of the Swedish language, be able to make yourself understood, and understand others in various everyday situations, for example when talking about work, education, and home life in the past, present, and future.

This is a course for those who have completed the course A1 part 1. To be able to take part in a very simple conversation based on given phrases. After this course you will be able to express opinions in a very simple way based on given phrases, to express opinions in a very simple way based on given phrases.

The goal is for you to have the opportunity to hone your language so that you can function linguistically without major problems, regardless of the conversation partner and situation. You should be able to understand advanced texts, newspaper articles and fiction as well as radio and TV programs.
