This General English language course consists of the 20 morning classes plus 20 afternoon specialised elective lessons per week, allowing students to maximise their study day and develop a wide variety of skills. Our General English Super Intensive course covers the key language learning areas of reading, writing, speaking and listening, using one-to-one tutorials and regular progress tests to respond to the student’s individual learning needs.

Individual English training is available via Skype, or face to face in Holland Park Gardens for people adding individual training to a group course. Your trainer will deliver English lessons based on your individual goals. You will discuss these with your trainer who will create your custom-made programme. This course is for students who need to improve the key language skills needed to score as high as possible in all parts of the Cambridge English: C1 Advanced (CAE) exam.The Cambridge CAE Preparation course is taught by specialist and experienced teachers. The course syllabus has been specially designed to maximise students’ exam success and covers all papers of the exam. Students will be given regular homework and will be expected to complete at least five hours of self-study assignments each week.Students will have 28 lessons per week focusing solely on exam preparation.Cambridge English Language Assessment is a respected and reliable service recognised by employers and government agencies especially in Europe. Our Business Supplementary courses are designed to build your English language skills to communicate effectively in business contexts, improving your employability and job prospects in your home country. We offer a bespoke course which helps you prepare for the exam.A combination of 15 lessons of specialist IELTS preparation and 5 lessons of Speaking & Listening. For an intensive course, add 5 or 10 extra lessons per week of afternoon options.

Our Intensive (30 lesson) General English & FCE course helps students improve all their skills (reading, writing, speaking and listening) and learn the grammar, vocabulary and cultural knowledge necessary for living in the UK and using English in an international context. We focus on practical, effective and natural communication and you will get at least five pieces of new language in each 45-minute class.Mornings are coursebook-focused lessons - grammar and vocabulary. The General English course at St Giles Cambridge is designed to benefit students who hope to communicate with confidence and ease in real-life situations.
