Our Portuguese language courses aim to improve the student's skills and work in the needs they have more flaws and opportunities for improvement. This course is specifically for students with a level of C1 in Portuguese.

With this English Language Course from OHC Dublin, you will join multi-national language classes following a syllabus closely mapped to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, covering key language domains, skills, and competencies appropriate to your level of ability. The objectives for this English Language course are intended to enhance the all-round language and communication skills of those who wish to work or study more effectively in an international context. This course runs in the morning.

Intensive English consists of Standard English in the mornings combined with English for Life lessons in the afternoon. Intensive courses will prepare you for life in an increasingly English-speaking world. You will develop the listening, speaking, reading and writing skills you need to feel more confident as you interact in a range of everyday situations in English. You will also have a chance to discuss interesting topics for 21st century life.

Studying a General English language course will give you an understanding of the English language and take you all the way from beginner to fluency. The lessons cover the most important aspects of learning English, including grammar and pronunciation, which will help you improve your speaking, listening, reading and writing skills. By the end of the course students should be able to communicate in English more confidently in different situations outside the classroom. The timetable below is a sample. Our experienced teachers use dynamic teaching methods and engaging materials to guide you to your best results as quickly as possible. Expect regular progress tests, homework and plenty of practice! EE Foundation Entry Requirement: Pre-Intermediate + Study Period: 10 weeks, closed class.

The Combination Course takes place all year round, from Monday to Friday. Morning lessons follow the same programme as the Standard Course. There are two afternoons a week of one-to-one lessons, designed to meet the individual requirements of each student. Prior to the first one-to-one session, students complete a Needs Analysis which helps the teacher to plan the one-to-one lessons according to the student’s specific needs. Teachers then work closely with the student to ensure these needs are being met. All students receive a final report detailing their progress and outlining future areas for attention. The minimum age is 16 and there is a maximum of 14 students per class. A combination course is 26.6lessons (20 hours) per week. 15 hours General English in the mornings and 5 hours one-to-one lessons in the afternoons in the UK.

BLI bilingual program gives you the opportunity to learn, review and practice all aspects of language learning, covering all four skills (reading, writing, speaking and listening), grammar and vocabulary for both French and English. Bilingual program consists of French classes in the morning and English classes in the afternoon. The approach is communicative and student-centred and the classes are dynamic and engaging.

General English Language courses at Lexis English offer students the flexibility of combining their English language education with a large range of options classes – personalising each student’s course to suit their academic needs. For students wanting to brush up their English skills for travelling, employment or to work towards a placement in one of our academic programs or Certificate or Diploma courses, our General English course is designed to get results. We understand that every english student comes to Australia with unique goals, plans and learning needs. Lexis 360° is our student care program designed to ensure that all Lexis students receive individual support and attention, initiating the most successful study experience possible. General English Full-Time is CRICOS registered and consists of a minimum of 20 hours per week with an additional 5 hours per week of Guided Individual Learning (GIL).

ATA and AYA programmes differ from shorter courses at LSI because students receive a greater level of academic support and management, including two additional weekly sessions with a teacher. An individual study plan is designed for you to suit your level, individual aims and the duration of your course. We continue to check your progress with regular meetings to make sure you achieve your aims.

The Semi Intensive Spanish Course of 10 lessons course is taught in small groups, with students who have the same level of Spanish as you. The students will work on all aspects of the Spanish language: grammar, conversation and vocabulary, listening and reading comprehension, and writing. Courses have a communicative character and will give you the confidence to use your Spanish in everyday situations.
