French Courses

ILSC Montreal offers a wide range of General French language courses. You can take any combination you wish, depending on your interests, goals, language level and schedule. At the end of the four week session, your french language level will be assessed. You can then choose new courses and/or move up a level in yourcurrent or new course. This program in Eduinter Quebec provides students with 15 hours of French classes per week in the morning. This French course cover listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, in addition to grammar and phonetics. In the afternoon, students have free time to discover Quebec City and its cultural, historical and gastronomic attractions.To complement courses, we offer an outstanding activities and excursions program around Canada to which students can subscribe à la carte. The 50+ French language courses for seniors at our French language school in Montpellier goes through the 4 competences according to the CEFR recommendations: oral and written expressions, and oral and written comprehension. Grammar is exploded, your lexical knowledge embellishes with new expressions and refined phonetics through various articulatory exercises. Our French Language School in Montpellier offers a program designed with care so as to meet the needs and interests of each one of you. To reinforce communication and exchange with other students, the Course for over 50s offers you a large repertoire of visits and excursions. You can participate in both guided tours of the city and excursions in its surroundings and, at night, tasting workshops and tasting of products are organized in local restaurants.

This French language course is suitable for students who wish to improve their fluency, vocabulary, and pronunciation of the french language. There is an emphasis on practicing for everyday situations and classes may involve discussing topics such as film and theatre, current events, politics, and local culture, among other things. This course is only held in the afternoons.

The Super Intensive French-language Course G at ACCORD includes the morning General French language Course A and four-afternoon lessons of your choice. This Super Intensive French course E allows our students to add to the three ‘Writing & Grammar’ afternoon lessons or the two ‘Oral communication’ workshops or the two workshops dedicated to ‘French Culture and Civilisation’.

The LSI Intensive 30 French language course concentrates on all the areas that you need to achieve much greater fluency in a short period of time in the French language. This course is suitable for students who wish to study intensively and get a well-rounded insight into the french language and the culture of the country. Students on the LSI Intensive 30 course study the same lessons as described for General 20 in the morning and during the afternoon there is a range of electives to suit all levels, needs, and interests.

The Intensive French-language Course D at ACCORD includes the morning Intensive French Course A and three-afternoon workshops of your choice. This Intensive French language course allows our students to focus on specific skills and subjects, and especially on written French if students select the three-afternoon classes dedicated to Writing & Grammar. This course starts every Monday, but the start date for beginners is the first Monday of the month.

Private language lessons are the quickest and most intensive way to learn a language or to improve your language skills. The format of the lessons is totally determined by the needs and desires of the student. The hours of this course are flexible which makes it possible to book such a course together with another course option. This course is also perfect as a tutoring or support course to focus on problem areas. You decide the number of daily lessons: two, four or six. All aspects of the language are taught in as short a time possible without being overly demanding.

BLI bilingual program gives you the opportunity to learn, review and practice all aspects of language learning, covering all four skills (reading, writing, speaking and listening), grammar and vocabulary for both French and English. Bilingual program consists of French classes in the morning and English classes in the afternoon. The approach is communicative and student-centred and the classes are dynamic and engaging.
