This English Language Course is suitable for students who wish to improve their fluency, vocabulary and pronunciation in a language. There is an emphasis on language for everyday situations and classes may involve discussing topics such as film and theatre, current events, politics, local culture and the internet. This course is not suitable for Student Visa Holders as a main course.

During the lessons of this English Language Course you rapidly improve your communication skills in a variety of everyday situations. In 2 lessons each day you will cover the following areas: grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation. In a further 2 lessons you concentrate on: speaking, listening, reading, writing. You use a text book in conjunction with a wide variety of materials and exercises including roleplays, authentic materials, newspapers and magazines. Course duration: 1-17 weeks. This course is not suitable for visa students. The maximum duration with a tourist visa is 12 weeks, while the working tourist visa is 17 weeks.

Studying a General English Language Course will give you an understanding of the English language and take you all the way from beginner to fluency. This course focuses on communication skills, speaking, listening, reading and writing. General English Part-Time is CRICOS registered and consists of a minimum of 15 hours per week We understand that every english student comes to Australia with unique goals, plans and learning needs. This English Language Course provides students 20 hour per week English development programme in the mornings or in the afternoons. The curriculum is structured to provide development in the skills of speaking, listening, reading and writing and the different language areas of grammar, vocabulary and functional English. All classes are organised to respond directly to individual students’ needs. The focus is on real-world English, taught with a practical, communicative approach supplemented with activities from real life environments and contexts. There are two time slots to develop this course depending on your English level: From 8:00 to 12:00 or 12:30 to 16:30.
