Since 2015, GenkiJACS’ Fukuoka Japanese Language School has been accredited by the Japanese government to offer student visas for one-year courses (extendable to 18 months) starting in January, April, July or October. This course is a great way to stay in Japan for an extended time, improve your Japanese proficiency to a high level, and maybe even work part-time too! You'll study 20 class hours per week - two classes focus on grammar, and two classes focus on applying your skills to real-world situations. A light course of 6 lessons per week in the group of up to 6 students of the same level. The classes are twice a week on Tuesdays/Thursdays or Wednesdays/Fridays with 150-minute sessions each day. The minimum course length is 2 weeks (12 lessons). New students can join every week after the placement test. Studying a General Russian course will give you an understanding of the russian language and take you all the way from beginner to fluency. This course focuses on communication skills, speaking, listening, reading and writing.

Our Japanese Plus Conversation course in Fukuoka uses interesting and modern materials and learning activities to focus on improving your Japanese speaking ability in a way that gives you the flexibility to adapt to new situations. Note: This course is not available for low beginners. To take this course, you must have studied up to at least book 1, chapter 5 of a beginner's Japanese textbook such as Genki: An Integrated Course in Elementary Japanese (at least 5 weeks/100 lessons). If your ability level is not high enough to take this course, we may offer you private lessons, or a different course, or a refund instead.
