Our Intensive Academic Year courses are 9 month English courses that will improve your English fluency to the highest level, with more lessons than our general English Academic Year course. As well as learning important general English, you can choose to study specific sections of vocabulary and skills, such as Business Intensive and exam preparation.Immerse yourself in the English language, and spend a year studying and getting to know a new location and culture. The course is an effective way to increase your fluency, and you will be helped by our exclusive and specially designed study materials.

Studying a General Italian course will give you an understanding of the Italian language and take you all the way from beginner to fluency. This course focuses on communication skills, speaking, listening, reading and writing.

The focus on negotiations, presentations and meetings is relevant in business and non-business situations. Great for students that want private english to improve your english faster and want class only with a teacher.

This group course is designed for beginner students learning English for the first time.It is a carefully structured programme of 2-4 weeks, with 20 or 28 lessons per week. There is also an option for 22 lessons per week at our schools in New York and San Francisco.After the course, students can progress onto a longer General English or International Semester Course at A1 (elementary) level. You can also choose to increase your progress during your stay by taking 5 or more additional One-to-one lessons per week

26 classes of general English in a mixed nationality group of not more than 12 students along with 6 classes of private one to one lessons.  Private lessons can be tailored for each client.

Students follow the Standard Course in the mornings and have Business English lessons three afternoons per week.The Business English lessons are designed for students who wish to improve their communicative proficiency in a business environment. The lessons can be tailored to suit the needs of any particular group of students and focus primarily on the specialised language of Business English.Please note that this course only runs if we have a minimum of 8 students booked.The minimum age is 16 and there is a maximum of 14 students per class. 1 lesson in the UK = 45 minutes1 lesson in Ireland = 55 minutes

An Intensive English language Course of 28 lessons per week is perfect for those who are dedicated and ambitious and want to make fast progress. The group learning environment will allow you to interact with other English language learners from around the world. St Giles Brighton offers General English Group or One-to-one lessons, which help students communicate more effectively and confidently in everyday situations and improve their speaking and listening skills.
