The Standard General English Course takes place all year round. Lessons are held every morning, from Monday to Friday (09.30 – 13.00). Students will work on improving the skills involved with speaking, listening, reading and writing, so that they can improve their comprehension and communicate more freely. They will work on their linguistic knowledge, increasing their vocabulary and deepening their understanding of the grammar and structure of the language. Courses at CES are communicative and task-based, using the most up to date technology and authentic materials. Students are then free in the afternoons to join our exciting social programme, use the self-access facilities, or to explore the rich history and culture of Ireland and the UK.

The standard Beginners English Language Course will help you develop your basic English language skills and to build your confidence when communicating in English. You will study every morning, and on Monday and Wednesday afternoons. Tuesday, Thursday and Friday afternoons are free for self study, for you to join our social activities or explore London. Objectives: This programme of study is intended to enhance the all-round language and communication skills of those who wish to work or study more effectively in an international context. You will improve their language skills and consider factors affecting inter-cultural communication with special emphasis on fluent spoken English and pronunciation, giving you the opportunity to establish relationships and share points of view with international colleagues.

Our Business English Course is great for anyone that wants to use English for work. Many professionals and business students take this course to improve their skills and prospects. Our course will help you develop your grammar, accuracy and vocabulary in the mornings. Then in the afternoons, you learn about English for business communication.
By the end of the course you should feel more confident answering business emails, telephone calls, messages, negotiating and presenting in English.
Classes start in the mornings and finish in the afternoons. Students will get 21 hours of lesson time per week. Regular homework and in class tests will be given.
Discounts are available after four weeks' of lessons.
