Cambridge CELTA is an internationally recognised, externally accredited EFL qualification and your first reliable step to teaching anywhere in the world. This course provides fluent speakers of English with high quality training in teaching English as a foreign language and is taken by over 10,000 candidates each year. CELTA is suitable for people who are interested in teaching English abroad or in the UK with little or no teaching experience as well as teachers who are already in the profession but who have no formal or practical teaching qualification. The course includes tutorial support, supervised lesson planning, peer observation, feedback sessions, submission of a portfolio of work and much more.

Our CLIL course is intended for non-native teachers of other subjects who wish to develop their own English language skills and examine the methodology of CLIL - Content and Language Integrated Learning. This residential course changes Teachers’ daily routines and gives them the chance to sink into a French way of life; something they will be able to share with their students when returning to their classroom. This is an ideal formula for improving as a French Teacher because you will be able to pass on your enthusiasm and motivation to your students when returning to the classroom after the course.

Teacher Training - How to maximise learning on field trips (APP-FT5)Students and teachers alike enjoy field trips as they take the learning out of the classroom, bringing the curriculum to life. As well as being fun, field trips must allow for interesting, valuable and safe teaching and learning experiences.This course will look at aspects of planning, organising and undertaking field trips through whole-class discussion and practical applications.You will make a pre-trip and learning trip to at least one place of interest in Malta. The pre-trip will allow you to get a feel for the establishment, allowing you to think about making some interesting resources for your students.
