French Courses in France

The Standard French Language course consists of 20 lessons per week of group instruction. Teachers focus on an interactive teaching method with the goals of expanding the students' vocabulary and knowledge of French culture and civilization; broadening his or her familiarity with grammar and its structures, as well as written expression of the French language; improving oral expression through group discussions, reading comprehension through the analysis and discussion of authentic documents and listening comprehension. Note that during the summer high season, some Intensive and Standard courses are only available in the afternoon. This French-language Intensive A Course at ACCORD French Language School in Paris focuses on developing four communication skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. The ACCORD French Intensive Course also invites students to explore French culture through the use of authentic material and learn related idiomatic expressions in various contexts. This course starts every Monday, but the start dates for beginners are the first Monday of the month.

This French language course includes the Intensive B course plus 5 one to one lessons. 30 Lessons in group classes and 5 individual lessons The perfect combination as you interact in a group class and focus on your strengths and weaknesses in the afternoon one-to-one lessons.

This French language course includes the Intensive B course plus 10 one to one lessons. 30 Lessons in group classes and 20 individual lessons. The perfect combination as you interact in a group class and focus on your strengths and weaknesses in the afternoon one-to-one lessons.

The Combi 5 French language course is designed for students who wish to combine a group course with private lessons to acquire a deeper knowledge of the language. Additional one-to-one tuition mixed with group classes allows you to make the most of the course and ensures maximum progress. In this case, 10 private lessons are added to the course.

The Intensive French-language Course D at ACCORD includes the morning Intensive French Course A and three-afternoon workshops of your choice. This Intensive French language course allows our students to focus on specific skills and subjects, and especially on written French if students select the three-afternoon classes dedicated to Writing & Grammar. This course starts every Monday, but the start date for beginners is the first Monday of the month.

During three afternoons per week, our ACCORD French Grammar and Writing lessons encourage our students to improve their understanding of French grammar and their writing skills. These French Grammar and Writing lessons are open to all levels, from complete beginner to advanced. Great nationality mix at ACCORD Paris: no nationality over 12%.

The Super Intensive French course E includes the morning General French Course A and five afternoon lessons of your choice. This Super Intensive French course E allows our students to add to the three ‘Writing & Grammar’ afternoon lessons or the two ‘Oral communication’ workshops or the two workshops dedicated to ‘French Culture and Civilisation’.

This French language course includes the Intensive A course plus 20 one to one lessons. 26 Lessons in group classes and 20 individual lessons. The perfect combination as you interact in a group class and focus on your strengths and weaknesses in the afternoon one-to-one lessons.

In the ACCORD Intensive French-language Course B, students develop their skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, and over one afternoon workshop focus on specific topics. This Intensive French language Course encourages students to improve their French language skills through the use of authentic material and updated resources. This course starts every Monday, but for beginners the start date is the first Monday of the month. The hours of this course are from Monday to Friday from 9am to 1pm and one afternoon from 2:15pm to 5:15pm.
