Teacher Training - How to maximise learning on field trips (APP-FT5)Students and teachers alike enjoy field trips as they take the learning out of the classroom, bringing the curriculum to life. As well as being fun, field trips must allow for interesting, valuable and safe teaching and learning experiences.This course will look at aspects of planning, organising and undertaking field trips through whole-class discussion and practical applications.You will make a pre-trip and learning trip to at least one place of interest in Malta. The pre-trip will allow you to get a feel for the establishment, allowing you to think about making some interesting resources for your students. Cambridge CELTA is an internationally recognised, externally accredited EFL qualification and your first reliable step to teaching anywhere in the world. This course provides fluent speakers of English with high quality training in teaching English as a foreign language and is taken by over 10,000 candidates each year. CELTA is suitable for people who are interested in teaching English abroad or in the UK with little or no teaching experience as well as teachers who are already in the profession but who have no formal or practical teaching qualification. The course includes tutorial support, supervised lesson planning, peer observation, feedback sessions, submission of a portfolio of work and much more.

This programme is reserved for teachers of French as a Foreign Language whose mother tongue is not French. The programme enables you to explore the subtleties of today's French and to work on strategies and group dynamics while deepening your knowledge of French culture and civilization!Course organizationThe training lasts 2 weeks and takes place in one of our schools on the basis of 26 lessons / week.
