In our IELTS Preparation program, we prepare our students on how to master techniques for each part of the IELTS exam: reading, writing, listening and speaking. SGIC ́s program also concentrates on the vocabulary and comprehension needed to increase test results from students.
This course is designed to dramatically improve students' natural speaking style. Fluency is the goal for students who take this course. This will be accomplished by using quick-response activities to build up students'speed (fluency) and extensive one-on-one teacher-student feedback to build accuracy
The University and College Pathway Program is designed for international students to fill academic gaps needed to succeed in post-secondary programs instructed in English. UCPP covers all the language skills comprehensively: reading, writing, listening, and speaking, including sub-skills such as vocabulary and grammar within the academic context of a variety of tasks/assignments typically found in Canadian post- secondary institutions.

This course is designed to understand a child's perspective and how to engage different learners when teaching English. The students will be able to integrate activities for young learners into the student lessons, explore teaching methodology and teach mock lessons.
The Pre-Pathway program focuses on skills and strategies used for professional and academic English. The program combines academic course work with advanced English language training to enable students to integrate smoothly and successfully into UCPP.
In our program, International Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages students will build confidence in teaching and managing beginner and intermediate classes in all English skills. Students will acquire the skill to think like a teacher and plan and apply lessons to students of all abilities and understand the role of the teacher un an ESL classroom.
