Whereas it is for studies, work, or future career plans with the Italian language, you need to be able to express yourself correctly in context. It could be simply useful for the ones who like traveling in Italy, to such simple things as writing emails for reservations or phoning to plan an arrival or solve a problem!Course content: It is really adaptable to your needs, but here is a sample of the themes you could study:Looking for a job, commercial correspondence, telephone manners, presentations in companies, publicity, traveling, transport and shipping, problem solving, professional fairs and seminars.

ALCE was established in 1999, with the simple goal of providing students with a comprehensive educational and cultural experience, within a friendly and encouraging environment. We opened the door to our first foreign student in October 2000 so we have more 15th years of operations. Our teaching is sophisticated and uses multimedia technology, but one thing has and never will change and that is our insistence on the same high standards and the same warm welcome we gave when we started. We work constantly to guarantee this and to maintain the quality on which our reputation is founded.

Bologna, Italy - ALCE is located in a special position in the city of Bologne. It is close to International Airports as well as important cultural centers such as Florence, Venice, Milan, and others. It is also located near a lot of cafes, restaurants, and bars where students can go and hang out in their free time.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS AND MODIFICATIONS TO THE RESERVATION

RESERVATION CANCELLATION

All Clients who purchase services through www.ynsitu.com will have the right to cancel their reservation and receive a 100% refund of the amounts paid, except for non-refundable fees, provided that this cancellation is communicated through the customer area at least 31 days in advance of the scheduled service date, unless the contracted service providers (schools, accommodations, insurance, airport transfers, etc.) have more restrictive cancellation conditions. For informational purposes, as of the drafting of these general terms and conditions, non-refundable fees include visa processing fees, trip cancellation insurance costs, Ynsitu's management commission, and financial expenses.

Voluntary cancellations by the customer after these 31 days will be subject to the cancellation policy established by each provider. In any case, cancellations made after these 31 days will incur the previously mentioned non-refundable fees plus Ynsitu's management commission. All customers who have purchased cancellation insurance may receive a refund of the contracted services if they meet the refund conditions required in said policy.

All customers who have not been admitted by the final service providers or whose spot has been denied due to lack of availability will be entitled to receive 100% of the amounts paid.

The customer acknowledges being aware that there are exceptions to the right of withdrawal, as stipulated in Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Customers and other complementary laws. This law establishes that customers are not entitled to the right of withdrawal when the service has been fully performed or has already started. In the event of expulsion, early abandonment, or non-attendance in a course or program, in addition to the amounts retained by the contracted service providers (schools, accommodations, insurance, airport transfers, etc.) according to their cancellation policies, Ynsitu.com will retain an amount equivalent to 10% of the total reservation amount as management fees.

CHANGES

All Clients who purchase services through www.ynsitu.com can request modifications to their reservation (course or accommodation changes, dates, etc.). Ynsitu will forward these requests to the schools. In the event that a request incurs a cost, the customer will be responsible for it. If the requested change cannot be accommodated because the school cannot provide what the customer is requesting, two scenarios apply:

If the customer requested a change before their reservation was accepted by the school and the school cannot accept the change, the customer can either withdraw the change and maintain the original reservation or cancel the reservation at no cost.

If the reservation was already confirmed, the cancellation policy described in the previous section (RESERVATION CANCELLATION) will apply.

General cancellation

Enrolment must be accompanied by a deposit of €200, which can be paid by credit card (add 3%), or bank transfer. a) Up to 60 days before the beginning of the course: all fees refunded less a charge of €140 (admin. expenses); from 59 to 45 days before the beginning of the all fees refunded less a charge of €240 (admin. expenses). b) From 44 to 30 days before the beginning of the Program, the course: balance will be refunded less a charge of 25%. If a booking is canceled between 29 and 14 days before the start of the course you will be entitled to a refund, less a charge of 45%. c) If a booking is canceled between 13 and 8 days before the start of the course you will be entitled to a refund, less a charge of 70%. Any refund will be made within 90 working days. d) If the cancellation arrives late, the entire sum will be forfeited. After the start of the program, liability amounts to the full program cost and no refund will be made.

There are 2 different shared apartments located in the same elegant building, less than a five minute walk from the school. The have both recently been entirely refurbished and are finely furnished.It is a perfect solution for students who wish to live more independently, yet being part of a “family” group of international students.Centrally situated, the residence is within walking distance to the famous shopping streets of Bologna; the most beautiful city park, the Giardini Margherita is only few hundred metres away and represents a perfect spot for recreation activities or simply to relax and enjoy the luscious greens spaces.This accommodation option includes:2 furnished TWIN bedrooms in each of the 2 apartments that include the following facilities:- Fully equipped kitchen with flat screen TV- 2 shared bathrooms, with shower and toilet- Free Wi-Fi- Washing machine and dryer (free of charge)- Open space common area- Ventilators available- Periodically cleaning of the common rooms- Air-conditioned rooms (extra charge)- in all room except the twin one in Bilbo of thecommon rooms
