Experiencing Maltese culture and customs as well as an opportunity to practice English in a friendly family atmosphere are just some of the reasons why living with a host family is popular. Host Families are carefully interviewed, inspected and selected and are monitored throughout the year. Placements may be made according to special health requirements of the students: e.g. non-smoking, special medical care, special diets, allergies, etc. Accommodation with a host family is based on a double room (sharing) on half-board.All of our host families are vetted and approved by the Malta Tourism Authority.

Our ESE Residence rooms are modern twin-bedded rooms with private en-suite bathrooms, study desk, TV, phone, free WiFi, and air-conditioning. A 24-hour receptionist is on hand for your added security and assistance and a sumptuous breakfast is provided in our The Cake Box Cafe. The ESE Residence (within the main ESE School) is situated in the heart of St Julian’s. The apartments are equipped with free WiFi and TV. All apartments are bright and very spacious and include kitchen, dining and living areas. All apartments are well equipped including TV, free WiFi, and air conditioning.This block of apartments is very well located in the quiet residential area of Swieqi. Each apartment consists of 3 bedrooms (shared or single) with or without en-suite bathrooms. Housekeeping service including bed linen and towel change is provided weekly and washing machines are available within the apartments.Utilities: Electricity, water, and gas are all included.
