BELS Superior Residence. “Twin rooms in Gozo are available only for 2 people travelling together” The BELS residence consist of 4 neighbouring, 3 bedroomed apartments, each comfortably furnished, with bedrooms and use of air-condition and sea-views from the lounge area. The residences are situated less than a 5 minute walk away from the school and are located just around the corner from the central bus route. Apartments are close to all amenities such as the local council, post office, banks and various shops. Every unit consists of a living area with TV, Wi-Fi, bathroom (private bathroom may be booked) and a fully equipped kitchen.

Our BELS Gozo superior residence is located on a quiet road in main town of the island, Victoria. When staying here, you can reach the school in a 30-minute walk or a 10-minute bus ride. Many of our students also opt for bicycle rentals and cycle their way around the island. You can catch regular busses from the main bus station on the island, which is a 5 minute walk away from the residence.The AreaVictoria, also known as Rabat, is the capital city of Gozo. It’s the cultural hub of the island that offers the perfect middle ground between city life and a charming local town. You can find all the amenities needed while still enjoying plenty of peace and quiet. There’s a modern aspect to it, as well as an old town with cobbled alleyways, a medieval Citadel and bustling squares with a selection of cafes, restaurants and local shops. The central location gives you easy access to the whole island. From here you can find quick and effective bus connections to all locations.The ResidencesThe BELS superior residence consists of three apartments, all of which have four spacious bedrooms. All the apartments are comfortable furnished and with town views from the main terrace.In each unit you can find Wi-Fi in all areas, communal bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine and air-conditioned bedrooms. Single rooms are available for students travelling alone, with the option of twin rooms for students travelling together. Private bathrooms are also available at an additional charge. Bed linen and towels are supplied and replaced once a week as part of the cleaning service provided.ArrivalAn arrival airport transfer is included with all our residence stays. A BELS driver will welcome you at the Malta International Airport. You will be taken to the ferry terminal in Cirkewwa. After a 25-minute ferry ride, you will be greeted by your second driver at the Mgarr terminal in Gozo. Our driver will provide a welcome pack and the keys to your apartment. This service is available at any time.

Homestay Living with a host family offers students the opportunity to practice the English language outside the classroom in a homely, family environment. Apart from benefiting from out-of-class opportunities to learn English, they will also experience living in a Maltese home and learning about Maltese culture, food and traditions. Our friendly and welcoming host families are hand-picked by BELS staff that make sure our host families are open-minded, helpful and friendly. Students are treated as though they are a member of the household and are expected to adapt to the home stay life and routine. On your first day, the family will introduce you to the household: keys, meals, etc. and also provide you with information on the locality. The families provide bed sheets, towels and weekly cleaning. Students will receive a Host Family Profile of their host family with their booking confirmation.
