Learn essential Canadian workplace skills in customer service, with a focus on sales, hospitality, food and beverage, and event planning. At the end of the program, you will complete a 2-week final project based on the core principles of customer service.Co-Op Work ExperienceDuring the co-op term, the student will practice the Sales & Marketing knowledge they have learned in class and gain Canadian work experience. Co-op is also an opportunity to develop professional contacts within the industry and enhance students’ résumés. Our Co-op Advisors support students throughout the process of finding the right placement.
