Langports’ Gold Coast campus is a 2 level stand-alone, modern building located in the centre of Surfers Paradise. Our centre counts 20 modern classrooms, many equipped with audiovisual resources. Free internet access for all students, with wireless connectivity available throughout the campus. A library area with books, DVDs, and magazines for students to borrow (refundable deposit required). Recreation areas with computers, lounge and games facilities. Student common room with a kitchen containing microwaves, a large refrigerator and vending machines.

Gold Coast QLD, Australia - Langports’ Gold Coast campus is in the centre of Surfers Paradise, just a short walk from ‘Q1’ the tallest building on the Gold Coast. It is also only a 500 meter walk to the famous Surfers Paradise Beach where you can enjoy swimming in the ocean, surfing or just relaxing on the beach. Surfers Paradise is also home to entertainment, shops, restaurants and cafés. The closest bus and tram (light rail) stations are located 250 meters from the campus. With everything so close, you will thoroughly enjoy your time on the Gold Coast.

We cannot apply for visas on behalf of students. However, the language school will provide you with all the documentation you need to support your successful visa application. These documents will be sent to your home address by regular mail free of charge.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS AND MODIFICATIONS TO THE RESERVATION
RESERVATION CANCELLATION
All Clients who purchase services through www.ynsitu.com will have the right to cancel their reservation and receive a 100% refund of the amounts paid, except for non-refundable fees, provided that this cancellation is communicated through the customer area at least 31 days in advance of the scheduled service date, unless the contracted service providers (schools, accommodations, insurance, airport transfers, etc.) have more restrictive cancellation conditions. For informational purposes, as of the drafting of these general terms and conditions, non-refundable fees include visa processing fees, trip cancellation insurance costs, Ynsitu's management commission, and financial expenses.
Voluntary cancellations by the customer after these 31 days will be subject to the cancellation policy established by each provider. In any case, cancellations made after these 31 days will incur the previously mentioned non-refundable fees plus Ynsitu's management commission. All customers who have purchased cancellation insurance may receive a refund of the contracted services if they meet the refund conditions required in said policy.
All customers who have not been admitted by the final service providers or whose spot has been denied due to lack of availability will be entitled to receive 100% of the amounts paid.
The customer acknowledges being aware that there are exceptions to the right of withdrawal, as stipulated in Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Customers and other complementary laws. This law establishes that customers are not entitled to the right of withdrawal when the service has been fully performed or has already started. In the event of expulsion, early abandonment, or non-attendance in a course or program, in addition to the amounts retained by the contracted service providers (schools, accommodations, insurance, airport transfers, etc.) according to their cancellation policies, Ynsitu.com will retain an amount equivalent to 10% of the total reservation amount as management fees.
CHANGES
All Clients who purchase services through www.ynsitu.com can request modifications to their reservation (course or accommodation changes, dates, etc.). Ynsitu will forward these requests to the schools. In the event that a request incurs a cost, the customer will be responsible for it. If the requested change cannot be accommodated because the school cannot provide what the customer is requesting, two scenarios apply:
If the customer requested a change before their reservation was accepted by the school and the school cannot accept the change, the customer can either withdraw the change and maintain the original reservation or cancel the reservation at no cost.
If the reservation was already confirmed, the cancellation policy described in the previous section (RESERVATION CANCELLATION) will apply.

Cancellations as a result of visa rejection by the Australian Immigration authorities will be eligible for a refund of fees, subject to Clause 1 providing that proof of visa rejection has been provided to Langports within 2 weeks of the notice of visa rejection.
General cancellation
Clause 1: In the event of a cancellation, no refund will be made on the enrolment fee or accommodation placement fee.
Clause 2: All notifications of course cancellations and requests for a refund must be made to the Principal in writing. A written response will be provided in writing within 5 working days. Where a refund is granted, this will be paid within 4 weeks of the date of the notice of cancellation to the person or organization who paid the fees in the first place.
Study Cancellation:
1.- Cancellations received more than 4 weeks before the study program commencement will normally receive a full refund of fees, subject to Clause 1.
2.- Cancellation received less than 4 weeks before the start of the study program will normally receive a refund of fees less a cancellation charge equal to 4 weeks of the current published tuition fee (or equal to 4 weeks of the tuition fees paid).
3.- Cancellations received after the study program has commenced will not be eligible for a refund of fees.
4.- A $25 administration fee covering bank charges will also apply to any refunds made through international bank transfers.
