At CA Institute Brno, our General Czech language courses are available all year round, and courses start any Monday, so a student can sign up at any time in the year and there will be always a course available. This "Intensive Course 20 lessons per week", is designed for people who desire to master their skills in the Czech language at a moderate pace.
Ever since our establishment in 1997, our mission to offer a personalized language education in an intercultural and modern setting has always remained the same. Our goal is to further, develop individuals’ abilities to communicate globally effectively and to provide above standard, high-quality services in a welcoming and friendly environment. Our mailing address, parking, and accommodation are on Údolní 8, an upscale street in downtown Brno, and our reception, offices, and classrooms are at our on Marešova 12, which is just a few buildings down. We have six classrooms, two of which could be used as large conference rooms, several offices and even accommodation for students coming from abroad! We are fully equipped with the most modern technology available such as glass whiteboards that are interactive, Wi-Fi access suitable for up to 300 students, computers in all classrooms, full HD video projection, Blu-ray players, speakers, surround sound, amplifiers, printers, and copy machines. We also have a traditional and digital library with full access available for all students.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS AND MODIFICATIONS TO THE RESERVATION
RESERVATION CANCELLATION
All Clients who purchase services through www.ynsitu.com will have the right to cancel their reservation and receive a 100% refund of the amounts paid, except for non-refundable fees, provided that this cancellation is communicated through the customer area at least 31 days in advance of the scheduled service date, unless the contracted service providers (schools, accommodations, insurance, airport transfers, etc.) have more restrictive cancellation conditions. For informational purposes, as of the drafting of these general terms and conditions, non-refundable fees include visa processing fees, trip cancellation insurance costs, Ynsitu's management commission, and financial expenses.
Voluntary cancellations by the customer after these 31 days will be subject to the cancellation policy established by each provider. In any case, cancellations made after these 31 days will incur the previously mentioned non-refundable fees plus Ynsitu's management commission. All customers who have purchased cancellation insurance may receive a refund of the contracted services if they meet the refund conditions required in said policy.
All customers who have not been admitted by the final service providers or whose spot has been denied due to lack of availability will be entitled to receive 100% of the amounts paid.
The customer acknowledges being aware that there are exceptions to the right of withdrawal, as stipulated in Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Customers and other complementary laws. This law establishes that customers are not entitled to the right of withdrawal when the service has been fully performed or has already started. In the event of expulsion, early abandonment, or non-attendance in a course or program, in addition to the amounts retained by the contracted service providers (schools, accommodations, insurance, airport transfers, etc.) according to their cancellation policies, Ynsitu.com will retain an amount equivalent to 10% of the total reservation amount as management fees.
CHANGES
All Clients who purchase services through www.ynsitu.com can request modifications to their reservation (course or accommodation changes, dates, etc.). Ynsitu will forward these requests to the schools. In the event that a request incurs a cost, the customer will be responsible for it. If the requested change cannot be accommodated because the school cannot provide what the customer is requesting, two scenarios apply:
If the customer requested a change before their reservation was accepted by the school and the school cannot accept the change, the customer can either withdraw the change and maintain the original reservation or cancel the reservation at no cost.
If the reservation was already confirmed, the cancellation policy described in the previous section (RESERVATION CANCELLATION) will apply.

The CA institute highly recommends to students outside the EU apply in advance for the student visa because it can take up to 60 days to be issued. The institute suggests students not pay any tuition fee before a visa is granted. There is an application fee of 3,900 CZK for foreign students requesting Visa assistance. This fee is nonrefundable.
General cancellation
The cancellation fee follows the date of the beginning of the course:
- 100% course fee is returned if a student cancels more than 90 days before the beginning of the course.
- 50% course fee is returned if a student cancels between than 89 – 61 days before the beginning of the course.
- 25% course fee is returned if a student cancels between than 60 – 30 days before the beginning of the course.
- 0% course fee is returned if a student cancels fewer than 29 days before the beginning of the course.
- All returning payments are made within 90 days of the end of the course.
Credit towards future courses as a reimbursement for returning payment is not available.
