In your opinion, what are the main benefits for a student to study abroad?
In my opinion, by studying abroad, you’ll have the opportunity to hone your language skills. It’s likely you’ll learn the language faster because you’re practicing it regularly. You’ll also be able to pick up conversational language you wouldn’t study in class. By immersing yourself in another culture, you develop valuable life skills needed for personal growth. But of course, you get to see the world and experiences different ways of living.
How do you see the future of language tourism?
The future of language tourism, to me personally, will only keep growing, for as long as we have people, we will students wanting and needing to learn languages. Globally, in 2020, we have lived through a pandemic which has hit our industry hard massively halting nearly all international travel. But, we will come through this and see business return as normal and the demand increase.
What types of courses do you think will be most in demand in the future?
2020 has seen a year like no other and has changed how we have operated on a day to day basis with the world moving online and for EC with great success. I think the demand for face to face learning with never go and will still be most in demand in my opinion but i think online classes courses will continue to grow and be hugely popular.
